Lane made her way to San Francisco in 1997 via Louisville, Portland, Washington, DC, Annandale, Falls Church, Los Angeles, Jakarta, Carlsbad, Pusan, Alicante, and Zhuhai. Having worked abroad, and traveled the world solo, she has finally found the place where she hopes to live 'happily ever after'. She looks forward to making San Francisco as special for you as it is for her.
Jill is part of the rare breed known as "San Francisco Native." Since childhood, she has enjoyed exploring the parks, vistas, and restaurants of the city. She joined the hotel front desk team in 2007, but quickly transitioned over to the concierge team to focus on her love of sharing the city with visitors.
Oscar transplanted from the East Coast 7 years ago and hasn't looked back. He recently joined our team from the restaurant industry, where he worked for several years and achieved the title of General Manager. Through this experience, Oscar has gained a comprehensive knowledge of San Francisco dining, though he enjoys fielding all kinds of inquiries from our guests. He has quickly learned that, in the hotel business, no two days are the same, which makes every day exciting!
